Polybag-in-Box Case Erector and Case Liner
The Superliner SFL333 forms and bottom seals a wide range of single- and double-wall AFM, HSC and RSC cases and inserts, cuts, and opens polybags into the cases and cuffs them over the upright edges, to create hygienic containers suitable for filling a variety of food and non-food products.
What is a SFL333 Polybag-in-Box Case Erector & Case Liner?
The SFL333 is an integrated heavy-duty case erector and case lining machine with a compact footprint. It handles various poly-film materials, including pre-made bags or continuous gusseted tubing on rolls.
The SFL333 features primarily stainless-steel construction, quick and simple size changes, electronic case squaring, a low-level easy loading case magazine, and a dual roll holder. It’s available with Allen-Bradley or Siemens controls and includes self-diagnostics, case, film and tape monitoring for low level warnings, alarms, and stops, for ease of operation.
